Enough is enough on out-of-control spending

Out-of-control spending:  If someone borrowed $190 a second, every second since Christ was born, they would now owe about $12 trillion, In other words they would owe as much as our national debt.

Meanwhile, the Bonner County sheriff wants a new $150,000 patrol boat to patrol the south end of Lake Pend Oreille, which is in Kootenai County. Enough already.
