Fearless Volleyball Camp coming to Sandpoint

SANDPOINT — Attention area youth volleyball players: The SMS Fearless Volleyball Camp returns to Sandpoint Middle School on August 9-11.

The camp will be broken up into two groups. Youth entering the 5th through 7th grade will go daily from 9 a.m. to noon. Youth entering 8th through 12th grade will go from 1-4 p.m. each day.

Current SMS 8th grade coach Becky Revak will be running the camp, which is sponsored by Com Tech, Inc. Current Sandpoint High School coach and former University of Idaho standout Karen Alsager will be on hand, as will Sandpoint alumni Lydia Tollbom, who went on to play at North Idaho College, and Katie Lippi.

The cost of the three-day skills camp is $75. Registration forms can be picked up at the City Rec Dept. on Lake St., Babs Pizzeria in Sandpoint and The Shipping Station (Money Depot by Idaho Stone) in Ponderay.
