LaDonna Kay (MacDonald) Roberts

LaDonna Kay (MacDonald) Roberts passed away on Monday, June 7, 2010, in Stevensville, Mont.

Private services will be held at a later date.

LaDonna was born Nov. 12, 1961, in Priest River, Idaho. She was one of four children born to Lorn MacDonald and Earline (Macleod) MacDonald.

She attended school in Priest River, graduating from Priest River Lamanna High School in 1981. LaDonna had worked as a waitress, bartender, and as an agent for Dickinson Insurance.

She enjoyed crocheting, baking, gardening, camping, and most of all, taking her Harley for a ride on the open road.

LaDonna married Dale Reed in 1985, and together they had two children, Jennifer and Curtis. She later married Steven Roberts, adding his son Jake to her family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lorn Mac-Donald; stepfather, Waris “Dunk” Tarr; grandparents,  Earl Macleod, Louis and Marie “Town Grandma” (Macleod) Berthoff, and Ronald and Mae “Grandma Mac” MacDonald.

LaDonna is survived by her husband, Thomas Williams of Rathdrum; daughter, Jennifer Reed of Sandpoint; son, Curtis Reed of Coeur d’Alene; step-son Jake Roberts of Stevensville, Mont.; mother, Earline Tarr of Priest River; sister, Lorenda Razo of Chattaroy, Wash.; brothers, Kris MacDonald (Marilee) and Leon MacDonald (Sheri), all of Priest River; and nieces, nephews, and many extended family members and friends. She will be missed by all.
