Bills and roundabout are food for thought

| June 24, 2010 9:00 PM

The city of Sandpoint folds in the best of ways. It seems to be the only entity that can actually fold the utility invoice at the tear-off perforated line.

This talent should be patented and sold to all the other yahoos who want my money.

The city also has in a roundabout way brought the fun back to driving. It’s now believed to be legal to make a U-turn. “The Larch-ites” sould be plumn giddy with this new addition.

One would think that six or eight of them would form a rally to play ring-around-the-roundabout, say about 7:30 a.m. on a Monday morning, staying in the circle for a half-hour or so as a payback to the Boyer Avenue drivers. The cost of petrol may preclude this event.
