Americans need to take action at polls

| May 4, 2010 9:00 PM

I was disgusted by what I heard Obama say April 26 in a DNC commercial calling for the energizing of “Latinos, blacks, and women “ to come to the polls in November. I cannot help but feel this leader was disingenuous in his campaign promises of uniting Americans as this rhetoric is quite divisive if not outright racist. His condemning of the immigration bill in Arizona, before it was even signed by their governor, is further evidence of his racial bias toward his ethnic base.

The president’s agenda of redistribution of wealth is fully under way with the healthcare bill now democratic law, and immigration reform and cap-n-tax poised to finish off what’s left of the economy. One can certainly understand why the Tea Party movement is growing daily. The white, middle-class baby boomers who have worked all their lives and provided millions of jobs in their small businesses are being targeted to foot the bill for this spending extravaganza powered by the left majority. Now Obama wants to grant 15 million (that we know of ) illegals amnesty, to pump up his voter base, sell out our jobs, and overwhelm social services  while Americans struggle to make ends meet.

I feel Obama has wasted a great opportunity  to help heal a divided country with his partisan politics, spending, and unending entitlement policy. He has declared war on anyone with any money left as the treasury is empty and his legions and unions are hungry. It’s a scary time for America, I can only hope the mainstream folks that have been reluctant to participate in the political process in the past will become “energized” and vote out the nonsense in November.
