Clemons has earned new term as assessor

Jerry, a professional bringing order to an out-of-control assessor’s office. Cleaning out an old crony network, replacing them with well -trained, qualified assessors. Changing a former adversarial  relationship with Idaho Tax Commission into a workable one. Instituting up-to-date assessing computer programs ignored by previous assessor. Opening the previously closed door of the former “assessor monarchy” to discuss possible error correction. Saving taxpayers money, bringing new construction to tax rolls, correcting wrongful out-of-state home owners exemptions. Providing fair, equitable property assessments according to Idaho law.

Harvey is from that old assessor mess. Enough said!
