Re-elect our current assessor

Jerry Clemon’s education, experience and performance highly qualify him for another term.  He is a top expert in real estate management and also served as a Bonner County commissioner.

He has modernized the Assessor’s office by implementing key productivity policies:

• Placed $500 million of new construction on the tax rolls with the same number of employees,

• Implemented a computerized residential mass appraisal system that the previous assessor ignored

• Audited all homeowners exemptions, recovering $450,000 of previously uncollected revenues

• Implemented a Geographical Information System which will ultimately reduce staff costs

Such progressive actions reflect fairness to Bonner County taxpayers.  Let’s not regress!
