Is having once been an appraiser qualification enough for being elected assessor? Although Jerry Clemons hasn’t held that position he has been a county commissioner, city councilman and, for the previous three and a half years, Bonner County assessor. In addition to his extensive administrative background Jerry has more than 30 years of experience in all phases of real estate.
Having the ability to skillfully manage employees, effectively work with other elected officials, and cost- effectively address citizen concerns and needs are Jerry Clemons proven qualifications. His achievements as assessor are something that his two predecessors (former appraisers) were unable to accomplish.
