Harvey is positive change for county

Jerry Clemons got my attention in the previous election because he ran promising to lower Bonner County property assessments. Assessments have not changed over the past two years despite a significant decrease in property values. The assessments are at least twenty five percent higher than a realistic market value. Don’t believe your assessment is too high — talk to a member of the MLB.

Clemons has lowered some assessments but he lacks the expertise to deliver the cross the board reductions that would accurately reflect market value. Tina Harvey has assessed 75 percent of the county and is willing and able to get out of the office and make the necessary changes that will lead to fair assessments reflective of actual property values. Vote for Tina Harvey and make a positive change in Bonner County.
