Don't return office to problems of the past

We don’t need a certified appraiser to run the Assessor’s office.  We need a good manager for the 32 employees in the Assessor’s Office. What we don’t need is what we had back in 2005 and 2006 when Tina Harvey was the supervisor of residential appraisers.  I hate to recall how many protest meetings I attended because our appraised home values were so far off the mark.

With Jerry Clemons our appraisals are in line with market values and properties previously not assessed have been brought onto the tax rolls resulting in lower property taxes for everyone.  Vote for Jerry Clemons.
