Clyde Ronald 'CR' Evans, 75

Memorial services for Clyde Ronald “CR” Evans of Mountain Home, Ark., will be 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 20, 2010 at the Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Masonic Rites by the Mountain Home Masonic Lodge No. 225 and military honors by the Alley-White American Legion #52 Honor Guard.

CR died Thursday, May 13, 2010, at his residence, at the age of 75. He was born Dec. 1, 1934 in Tulsa, Okla., and was an aerospace engineer for the U.S. government. CR was a U.S. Airforce Veteran of the Korean War, a member of El Korah Shrine in Boise, Idaho, Masonic Lodge, No. 225 and Alley-White American Legion Post No. 52 in Mountain Home.

CR loved life and really lived life; skiing, backpacking, hunting and fishing in the great Idaho outdoors while living in Idaho Falls, Boise and Sandpoint, Idaho. He lived in Mountain Home for the past 10 years.

CR is survived by daughter, Cathy (Mike Lolley) Evans of Boise; and son, Ronald (Aida) Evans of S. Dennis, Mass; four grandchildren; and two sisters.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Anna Evans; a sister, and three brothers.

Memorials may be made to the Shriners Children’s Hospital or the Mountain Home Masonic Lodge No. 225.
