Anna F. Bennett, 92
Former Bonner County resident Anna F. Bennett, 92, of Spokane, Wash., died Monday, Nov. 15, 2010, in Spokane.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010, at Coffelt Funeral Chapel, 109 N. Division in Sandpoint, Idaho. Private interment will take place in Pinecrest Memorial Park.
She was born Anna F. Pavliska in Odessa, Wash., on Sept. 20, 1918, the daughter of Joe and Anna Pavliska.
She graduated from Odessa High School and Kinman Busi-ness Univer-sity. She worked as a sales clerk in various stores.
She married Kenneth G. Bennett on Oct. 6, 1948. She helped him build a cabin on Lake Pend Oreille’s Bottle Bay.
She did a lot of fishing and once caught a 171/2 pound Kamloop. She enjoyed traveling, having visited 45 of these United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. She also went on two cruises, one to Alaska and one to the Caribbean. She wintered in Arizona for 10 years.
She is survived by her son, Patrick M. Bennett; a sister, Betty Kruse; one brother, Louis Pavliska; and nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews too numerous to list. She was preceded in death by a second sister: Josephine, and by her husband Ken.
