Stokes , Ivy lead LPOIC derby

Roy Stokes of Post Falls and Dave ivy of Sagle are at the top of the leader board as the 2010 Lake Pend Oreille Idaho Club Thanksgiving Derby kicked off Saturday.

Stokes nabbed a 15-pound, 13-ounce rainbow that measured 33 inches to claim the top spot in the rainbow division. Ivy pulled in a 10-pound, 2-ounce mackinaw that measured 32 inches to claim the top spot in that division.

The top spot in the youth division is held by Collin Ingrahm of West Haven, Utah. Ingrahm pulled in a 1-pound 6-ounce rainbow.

Derby standings are as follows:

Adult rainbow: 1, Roy Stokes, Post Falls, 15-pounds, 13-ounces, 33 inches; 2, Mac Torre, Spokane, 12-5, no length listed; 3, Dustin Bender, Spokane Valley, 2-1, no length listed.

Adult mackinaw: 1, Dave Ivy, Sagle, 10-2, 32; 2, Scott Plue, Sandpoint, 9-8.

Youth Division A (9 to 13 years): No fish weighed in

Youth Division B  (8 and under): 1, Collin Ingrahm, age not listed, West Haven, Utah, rainbow, 1-6.
