Anglers shake up LPOIC Derby standings

SANDPOINT — Anglers from Sandpoint and the East Coast shook up the Lake Pend Oreille Idaho Club Thanksgiving Derby standings on Friday.

Richard Granberg of Center Harbor, N.H., moved into second place in the adult rainbow trout standings with a 14-pound, 4-ounce trout. The fish measured 31 1/2 inches.

Sandpoint’s John Cosolito reeled in a 9-pound, 12-ounce lake trout on Friday to assume the second-place spot in the adult Mackinaw standings. The laker was 30 inches long.

Tristan Roslak of Newman Lake, Wash., entered the Youth A standings with a 7-pound, 2-ounce rainbow trout. The fish was 25 inches long.

Derby standards as of Saturday were not available by press time.

Adult Rainbow

1. Roy Stokes, Post Falls, 15 pounds 13 ounces, 33 inches

2. Richard Granberg, Center Harbor, N.H., 14  pounds 4 ounces, 31 1/2 inches

3. Dave Ivy, Sagle, 13 pounds 12 ounces, 31 inches

4. Marc Torre, Spokane, Wash., 12 pounds 15 ounces, 30 inches

Adult Mackinaw

1. Dave Ivy, Sagle, 10 pounds 2 ounces, 32 inches

2. John Cosolito, Sandpoint, 9 pounds 12 ounces, 30 inches

3. Scott Plue, Sandpoint, 9 pounds 8 ounces, 30 inches

4. Bert Dennett, Hope, 5 pounds 12 ounces, 26 inches

Youth A Division (9- to 13-year olds)

1. Tristan Roslak, Newman Lake, Wash., 7-pound 2-ounce rainbow trout, 25 inches

Youth B Division (8 and under)

1. Collin Ingrahm, West Haven, Utah, 1 pound 6 ounces, length not listed
