MOSCOW — Sam Buratto had another strong game, swatting 10 kills to lead the Bulldogs to a 25-15, 25-23 and 25-20 sweep of Moscow in 4A Inland Empire League volleyball action Thursday night in the Bear Den.
Ariel Moe continues to orchestrate the attack with 16 set assists, Blake Plaster posted 13 digs and Mackenzie Jones four blocks and two aces for the Bulldogs (6-4, 3-0 4A IEL), who are now in the driver’s seat to host districts.
“Everything flowed well, no holes in the defense and the ball control was good,” said head coach Karen Alsager. “I think we’re getting better every time we step on the court, and this late in the season that doesn’t always happen.”
