Mary Jane Abbott, 78

Mary Jane Abbott, 78, left this earth to be with her heavenly family on Monday, Sept. 27, 2010, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Mary was born on April 2, 1932, to Harry and Alleen McIntire in Los Angeles, Calif. She married Carl Abbott on Jan. 1, 1977, and they moved from California to Coco-lalla, Idaho, in 2001 to enjoy their retirement home they had built.

She is survived by four sons, Ed, Roy, James, and Jim; three daughters, Linda, Lori, and Jennifer; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; a brother, Bob (Sandy) McIntire of Cocolalla; and two sisters, Peggy Tuttle, and Joyce (Jasper) Hosfeldt of California. She is also survived by her favorite aunt, Evalyn McIntire of Sandpoint.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl; her parents, and a son, Ron.

A memorial service will be held at the Sandpoint Nazarene Church at 4 p.m. on Oct. 6, 2010, with Pastor Chad Wilks officiating. Her final resting place will be with her husband Carl in the Orland Cemetery in Orland, Calif.
