Plan's victims can be found on the left, too

Re: G.E. Beyer Sept 30 Editorial

First of all, I know Mr. Beyer and I call him friend. I love Gill’s passion and commitment; however, I am concerned that he and others might be victims of the “Goebbel’s plan” mentioned in his editorial.

This president has had a majority in Congress for the last 20 months. He has passed every piece of legislation regardless of the opposition. Why does he continue to whine about he GOP, Fox News, the Tea Party and all those who oppose him? Why then all the demonizing of his opposition?

I watch Fox News, CNN and MSNBC and I have not seen anyone from Fox say the president is not a citizen or is a Muslim. Quite the contrary, I have heard all the hosts, including Glenn Beck, stand up for the president on these issues. I am concerned that Gill and others have been “Goebbelized” as the president continues repeat this propaganda over and over while running from his record.

All we have seen is demonization of anyone who disagrees with this president’s agenda. He was elected with the hope of fixing our economic problems yet ignored the economy while passing legislation that may prove to damage the economy. Instead of running on his record, the president continues to repeat these accusations until they become truth to those who fail to look at the facts. What happened to the dignity that was part of the office of the president? It’s time to buck up!
