Project will only hurt area's water supply

As a property owner on Lake Kelso I must voice my adamant objection to the Clagstone Meadows development. The developer’s proposal is to dam Beaver Creek to create a water supply for their community. However, by doing so they will significantly lower the level of Lake Kelso and thereby adversely affecting the habitat of several species of fish, fowl, and fauna. Also, the proposed development could have a negative effect on the water rights of the two springs and one well on my property in turn diminishing its overall value.
