Sandpoint sweepts Central Valley

SANDPOINT — Sam Buratto posted 10 kills and three blocks, Mackenzie Jones 17 assists, Blake Plaster 17 digs and three aces and Ashley Shepard eight kills to lead Sandpoint to a 25-15, 26-24, and 25-18 win over CV Tuesday night at Les Rogers Court.

“It was a solid win,” said head coach Karen Alsager. “We played relaxed and confident. It felt good to beat a Washington school; they were talking some trash about us earlier in the year.”
