Encoder hands out service awards

SAGLE — Encoder Products Company recognizes 18 employees this year for reaching various years of service milestones.

Dennis Timblin reached the 35-year mark followed by Todd Egland, Ted Winget, and James Maclachlan reaching the 30-year mark. Owner Bill Watt presented all the employees with the awards and thanked them for their loyalty and dedication to Encoder.

Those honored received  awards for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years of service.

Honored were:

Tracey Howard, 10 years; Barbara Skarda, 15 years; Mark Halliday, 25 years; Todd Egland, 30 years; Dennis Timblin, 35 years; Lou Graham, 10 years.

Patty Spray, 10 years;  Dorothy Parson, 15; Sue Blockoff, 10 years; Penny Farmin, 25 years; Cathy McClure, 20 years.

Sheryl Barlow,  15 years; Peggy Thurlow, 25 years; Kathy Rainey, 20 years; and James Maclachlan, 30 years; Ted Winget, 30 years; Jerry Tifft, 25 years; and Rhonda Larson, 20 years.

Encoder Products Company has been manufacturing encoders, a motion feedback devise, in the Sandpoint area for 41 years. Encoder Products Company currently employs 140 at its corporate headquarters in Sagle.
