Hint of hypocrisy surrounding Hart?

I normally do not get into politics, but this cannot be passed.

Phil Hart is adamantly against paying any taxes, but he is not above taking our tax dollars as his salary. If he is so opposed to all this taxation, why doesn’t he donate his time as a representative? Do I get a hint of hypocrisy here?
