Be extremely wary of amendment HJR-5

Please consider this proposed amendment carefully when you vote. If the county is unable to raise the funds to pay for any buildings or improvements that are made to the local airports, costs will fall back onto the users and the voters. The only income the county has from the Priest River Airport is the hangar leases and rentals. We, as taxpayers do not need additional taxes.
