CLARK FORK - Celeste Komanec had 13 assists and four aces, and fellow junior Brocklynn Thornton added six kills and four blocks to lead Clark Fork to a straight set 25-14, 25-6, and 25-6 dispatching of the Bonners Ferry JV team in nonleague volleyball action Tuesday night in Clark Fork.

Autumn Wagoner had three kills and several lengthy service runs, and Lindsie Kiebert added some potent serving, adding four aces of her own. First year head coach Michelle Adams notched her first win, and was happy with the play of her team, in particular her two junior leaders.

"They played to their potential," said Adams of Komanec and Thornton. "We ran some plays and worked on our passing."

Clark Fork (1-0) hosts Mullan on Tuesday in their North Star League opener.
