Miller leads Cats past Tigers

CLARK FORK — Brocklynn Thornton and Mariah Miller each had eight kills and three aces, leading Clark Fork to a straight set 25-18, 25-17 and 25-17 win over Mulland in North Star League volleyball Tuesday night at Clark Fork High School.
Lyndsie Kiebert added eight digs and two kills, Celeste Komanec 28 set assists, Miller eight digs and Annie Wurm five digs for the Wampus Cats (2-0), who continue to improve early in the season.
“Their passing has improved a great deal in the past two weeks,” said head coach Michelle Adams. “I got to play all of my players tonight, which is exciting.”
Clark Fork hosts 3A Timberlake tonight at 6 p.m.
