Moe leads Bulldogs to sweep of Hawks

RATHDRUM — Ariel Moe stuffed the stat sheet with 20 set assists, six kills, four aces and two blocks, as the Bulldogs rolled through the Hawks 25-14, 25-16, 25-17 in a 4A Inland Empire League volleyball match Thursday night at Hawk Court.

Sam Buratto added nine kills and Blake Plaster 11 digs for Sandpoint (4-1, 2-0 4A IEL), which was able to get a lot of players into the action.

Sandra Flambouras had 11 digs, Chelsea Bayley had eight assists and Kaitlyn Whitesitt had three blocks for Lakeland (1-12, 0-2 4A IEL).

Sandpoint is at Lewiston on Saturday.

n The SHS C team is undefeated on the season, and the JV team is 4-1. Both won at Lakeland.
