Just who really are the radical Muslims?

| April 5, 2011 7:00 AM

According to Webster’s dictionary the definition of radical is “marked by a considerable departure from the usual or traditional: tending or disposed to make extreme changes in existing views, habits, conditions, or institutions”.

According to the Muslim religion, as defined by the Quran, a Muslim should fight non believers wherever they find them. (9:5) Muslims are instructed to “make war on them until idolatry shall cease and God’s religion shall reign supreme.” (8:40) They are instructed to kill non-believers! “Strike off their heads, strike off the very tips of their fingers!” (8:12) The Quran is filled with hatred of anyone not a Muslim.

So what is a “radical Muslim?” To call the few Muslims actually caught trying to follow the instructions of their religion “radical” is a misnomer. If a Muslim isn’t trying to kill you, they are not following their religion, and are therefore the radical ones.

How many peaceful Muslims have you seen or heard criticizing those we now term “radical?” I’ve seen one. But, since Muslims are instructed to lie to further their beliefs, I don’t believe him either.

To call a few Muslims “radical” is furthering the Muslim goal of our extinction because we then assume the rest of the Muslims are our friends. I believe we will soon see a lot of damage to our society from these “non-radical Muslims”!
