Sandpoint girls lose state tourney bid

MOSCOW — After playing to a 14-14 tie at half time, Moscow would take firm control of the second half, outscoring Sandpoint 27-10 en route to a 41-24 win in the loser-out game of the 4A Region 1 girls basketball tournament Saturday night at the Bear Den.
