Spin your tale at annual contest

The Sandpoint Chapter of the Idaho Writers League announces its annual “story of the year” contest. Come to the Sandpoint Library, Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011, at 9 a.m. The public is invited and encouraged to participate by reading their entry aloud.  Stories will be judged on entertainment value. There are no real rules. Bring your poetry, essay memoir, or whatever you feel will amuse or interest an audience. 

The Sandpoint club’s new officers will be introduced and there will be a free continental breakfast provided.
