Lake City wrestlers take down Bulldogs

BONNERS FERRY — Peyton Dillon (112 pounds) and Justin Pepperdine (189) won by pin, and Troy Goodman (135) and Kyle Csizmar (140) also picked up wins to lead Sandpoint, which fell 51-23 to Lake City on Tuesday at Bonners Ferry.

Garret Belgarde (125) was leading 11-3 in the third period when he was disqualified for slamming Nick Wells’ head to the mat.

The second match against host Bonners Ferry was still in progress at the Daily Bee deadline.
