Gas prices higher here than Cd'A, Spokane

Last week it was on the national news that the price gasoline dropped 5 cents a gallon. The price drop was noticed in both Spokane and Coeur d Alene.
No such thing happened in Sandpoint.
Did the Sandpoint gas cartel not get the memo or is it just greed?
