GOP should capitalize on health care debate

The dispute over health care should be a win/win situation for Republicans. In the unlikely event the Supreme Court finds the law unconstitutional, Republicans can say, “We told you so.” If, on the other hand, the court rules the law is constitutional the GOP can run in November on the promise to repeal it; and, thereby, amass support from the majority of Americans who oppose the law.

It will be interesting to see whether the Republicans manage to snatch defeat from the jaws of this potential victory.
