Get 'er done and fix the roads right

Just a comment on our washout dilemma. I live on Cocolalla Loop Road, close to and affected the” big hole,” we are waiting for the other shoe to drop. After the county’s experience with the “big hole” you’d think they would be sticking their finger in the dike to save the north access to the loop. Wonder if they ever heard of sand bags.

This is a perfect example of what’s wrong with our system. The local people would be happy to put the sand bags in to temporarily solve the access problem but it’s the county’s responsibility. I haven’t seen any activity before or after the washout to keep our access secure by the county so, in the end, nothing gets done.

Get ‘er done, county, and fix it right this time.
