Pair lead Bulldogs to tie with Bengals
LEWISTON — Kevin Kirby, Kane Wijngaarden and Alex Charvoz made it a clean sweep in boys singles, leading the Bulldogs to a 6-6 tie with host Lewiston in a tennis match on Thursday.
“Kevin and Kane are back to their winning ways,” said Bulldogs coach Kent Anderson of his top two players. “Everybody kind of came out lethargic after a the bus ride, but after 15 minutes Kevin and Kane overwhelmed their opponents.”
