NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at their meeting on Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following: 1. CUP12-01 (Sandpoint Saturday Market) – A request by Steve Holt and The Granary LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for up to 70 vendor spaces for outdoor display, sales, service and minor entertainment as non-ancillary accessory uses in the Commercial A zone. The approximate 1.3-acre site is described as Lots 1-7, Block N, Farmin’s Fifth Addition, is located east of Sixth Avenue between Church and Oak Streets, and includes the building commonly known as The Grain Elevator. Copies of the complete files for the above are available for review at the Sandpoint Planning Department.
