Sand Creek Byway is a breath of fresh air

| August 7, 2012 7:00 AM

No mention yet of the opening of the Sand Creek Byway so let me add my two cents. What a change. There is a different feel in downtown; there’s even a new aroma. You can’t help but see and feel the difference. To me, it’s probably the second best thing to happen to Sandpoint, with the first being the establishment of Schweitzer. Kudos to everyone involved over the years.

By the way, I have the original full-page ad showing the names of individuals and businesses that, in the beginning, were flat-right against the byway. I wonder how they feel now.

To the residents of Sandpoint … enjoy.
