Marine deputy is a credit to department

Thank you Bonner County Sheriff’s Marine Patrol Deputy Jim Kelly for your handling of the out-of-state “knucklehead” who chose to plow his 40-foot boat at Mach 2 down Frye Creek just to get a giggle out of his kids.
