CUSICK, Wash. — Tristin Bristol posted a big double-double, but the Clark Fork boys fell 63-51 on the road to Cusick on Tuesday.

Bristol continues to be a rebounding machine, grabbing 19 boards to go with 11 points in defeat. The junior now has more than 50 in the first three games.

Zack Anderson broke out for 17 points, Joey Hazinsky added nine points, 12 rebounds and three steals, and Axel Anderson added four six points and four blocks for the Wampus Cats (0-3).

“Tristin was a beast on the boards, and Zack started taking his shot a little more and kind of got back on his game,” said Wampus Cats head coach Corey Vogel. “They fought hard, but Cusick was a little quicker. It’s something to build on.”
