Student's name was spelled incorrectly

I want to thank you for covering the Lake Pend Oreille School District spelling bees on the education page (Jan. 24, page 3) and including the recent winners at Washington’s spelling bee.

I know as a student we study hard to participate and it was fun!

I think since it was a spelling bee, it is important to emphasize spelling so I think you should know that you misspelled my name. I am third place alternate and my name is Ilijah Karasek.
