Olin, Couch carry Bulldogs past Spartans
PRIEST RIVER — Trailing six heading into the fourth quarter, the Sandpoint Bulldogs used a 25-13 run in the final period to take a nonleague win over Priest River on Thursday.
Jackson Olin scored a game-high 14 points and Adam Couch scored nine of his 11 points late in the give for Sandpoint (5-10).
“We didn’t shoot the ball well but hung in there,” Sandpoint head coach Tyler Haynes said after the game. “When the momentum swung we just kept chipping away. That’s all on the players. It had nothing to do with the coach.”

Cameron Riley scored 14 points and Dalton Sommer and Cole Stelow each added 13 points for Priest River (5-7), which hosts Coeur d’ Alene Charter on Thursday.
