Why is state keeping ISP trooper on staff?

| July 8, 2012 7:00 AM

I’ve recently heard that the not-so-famous super trooper and moose poacher Jeff Jayne has been relocated down to the Boise area to protect and harass.

You would think that the state would have had enough of this trooper’s action, considering his behavior. I know the people of Bonner County, and talking with the attorneys and judges in our area certainly wasted a lot of time and money through this trooper’s actions trying to convict bogus arrests.

I know from the Catholic church around the world that they protect their own and relocate these problem people. Is it the income that Trooper Jayne provided for the state and for the lawyers in the area that keep the system flowing? One must wonder about these people in charge! I feel very sorry for the people in the Boise area that will have to tolerate a peace officer who behaves in these matters.
