Presidential election is critically important

Well, President Obama has shown us who he really is and that he is the one in charge. He used his “deliberate privilege” to block an investigation by Congress into who authorized the gun-running scheme “Fast and Furious,” which was blamed for the death of a Border Patrol officer and at least 300 people in Mexico.

He then used an “executive order” to prevent the deportation of certain illegal aliens, who in truth were not being deported anyway. Think he’s trying to curry Latino support?

On Monday, June 25, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on Arizona’s immigration law. Within three hours of that decision, the Department of Justice withdrew Arizona’s authorization to use its computer programs to determine the status of aliens in the U.S. and told Arizona’s law enforcement that they would not take any more illegal alien detainees from them unless they were convicted felons. A Justice Department phone number was also made available to these illegal aliens for the purpose of investigations and possible indictment of officers for civil rights violations. I think President Obama believes that he is completely in charge and that the Supreme Court can pound sand. Did you know that the Supreme Court has no enforcement arm? It is interesting that President Obama considers the Supreme Court’s decision on Obamacare a victory. The changing of the initial wording of fines being paid if we don’t purchase insurance to a tax being levied on anyone not participating makes it legal?

This coming election is the most important one in modern times. If Obama is re-elected, just think of what he will do then. From what I’ve heard, read and researched, there are three good candidates for “change” — Articles 1, 2 and 10 of the United States Constitution.

God bless and protect this nation and its people.
