SPOKANE — Logan Sanborn, Payton Bokowy, Emily Deitz and Ellie McCray teamed up to win the 200 free and 200 medley relays recently at the Summer Solstice Swim Meet in Spokane.
It was the team’s first long course swim meet, held outdoors in a 50 meter pool, and the 11-12 year-old girls relay teams picked up the only two wins of the day for the Sandpoint Sharks.
A 9-10 year-old relay team of Kate Bokowy, Briana Brosnahan, Chandler Sanborn and Kerrancy Deprez finished sixth in the 200 medley relay, while Bokowy, Brosnahan, Sanborn and Sarah Casey were eighth in the 200 free relay.

Deitz also had a strong meet, finishing second in the 200 back, and fourth in the 50 back, 100 back and 50 free among her six top 10 finishes.
