Professionalism makes Kelly the perfect choice

A recent Bee article covering a candidate forum reported Cary Kelly is receiving flak for being allied with law enforcement. Would we want the alternative? Of course not!

So it is truly a pleasure to share Cary’s demonstrated skill in implementing his definition of “law enforcement.” During the 11 years Cary led the Bonner County Sheriff’s Marine Division, his unqualified focus has been education and safety. Cary’s quiet professionalism clearly demonstrates a crucial competence of a public official. It is one sorely needed to stop the rancor and divisiveness’ currently in our commissioners’ office.

My vote for Cary Kelly is to assure the absolute elimination of the absurdity of incurring thousands of dollars in mediation fees just so the three commissioners can get along. The acrimony will be replaced with collaboration. Because of his proven leadership ability to gain consensus, I submit Cary will never be seen as a “yes-man.”
