Wheeler is obvious choice for sheriff

One can clearly see that if the position of sheriff was appointed by a human resource board rather than an election, Daryl Wheeler would obviously be the qualified choice.

On an emotional and well-being level of the average citizen, he should be also. We, in the Hope-Clark Fork area, see increased patrol presence since Wheeler has been sheriff. We see more arrests going to convictions rather than getting dropped by the courts because of deputy error.

Wheeler is very accessible by phone or “Coffee with the Cops.” He’s the first sheriff to have such high financial accountability and has saved us taxpayers millions through jail housing and medical services, civil revenue and law enforcement contracts.

In his three years as sheriff, he’s been truly working through his list of campaign promises. He is a man of integrity and I feel we need to keep him working for us.
