Joyce Broadsword deserves your vote

The citizens of Bonner County deserve an intelligent, hardworking, common sense leader. Joyce Broadsword is such a leader and deserves our vote for county commissioner.

During the past four years, current commissioners have finagled a $4.6 million detention center and mismanaged the courthouse remodel without taxpayer approval. The administration building remodel was originally estimated at $850,000, but before it’s complete, it will cost county taxpayers $3-4 million.

County commissioners have wasted precious time and taxpayer money bickering among themselves rather than focusing on critical issues that face our residents.

Joyce has a proven record of leadership. She helped balance the state budget during the economic downturn without raising taxes. A results-oriented leader, Joyce has the experience to resolve the most complex issues. I am confident she will work with county employees to restore a supportive team atmosphere to efficiently conduct county business.
