Eskridge deserves continuing support

I have read several comments that were in a mailing flyer I received from George Eskridge’s primary opponent. They require comment.

George is in favor of nullification of Obamacare, however, he is in favor of having its constitutionality legally decided in the courts (a process which is ongoing and he supported.)

George is a gun owner, National Rifle Association member and firmly supports Second Amendment rights.

The concealed carry issue on college campuses is a tough question and probably a non-issue. He and I agree that we do not want to chip away at Second Amendment rights but also don’t think college kids need to take handguns to football games or class.

George is a conservative and has supported a balanced budget.

He also has worked hard for Bonner and Boundary counties.

I have known and respected George for more than 50 years. He is the right man for the time. We need to send him back to Boise.
