Pickup truck driver acted irresponsibly

This letter is addressed to the guy driving a red pickup with a red canopy on it, who drove by me about 4 p.m. on Monday, April 23, in front of Artie’s in Kootenai and thought it was appropriate to come up behind me on my bicycle and honk his horn. Not only did he do that, when he could have pulled out wider in the turnout lane and gone around me but he pulled into the parking lot and jumped out of his truck to yell obscenities at me.

Hopefully he will read this, but I have my doubts due to the quality of the epitaphs spewing from his mouth. Unfortunately I didn’t get his license plate number — especially when he did it again as I approached Sunnyside.

I will keep my eyes open for the red pickup with the red canopy — and have told all my friends to do likewise.
