Locals shine at Hershey Track and Field Meet

SANDPOINT — A host of local youth track athletes fared well at the Hershey’s Track and Field Meet recently at Sandpoint High School.

The top three finishers in the running, jumping and throwing events qualified for the North State Meet, which will be held on Saturday, June 16 at Timberlake High School starting at 10 a.m.

From there, winners can qualify for the national meet, held later in the summer in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
