Waldrup will move us in right direction

I have been a longtime Bonner County resident and I generally pay attention to the local courts.

The choice we have in choosing our next prosecuting attorney is very important because that position sets policy in how the county deals with crimes of all types, including juvenile cases. It also sets policy through the civil department. With all the infighting in our local government and the number of criminal grand jury cases getting dismissed it shows that both of those areas of our local government have the wrong priorities.

We need a change and a new perspective. I will be voting for Michael Waldrup for Bonner County prosecutor on Nov. 6. He has the common sense, ethics and experience to do a much better job. I urge you to check out his credentials and his positions on the issues.

A vote for Waldrup on Nov. 6 is a big step in the right direction.
