PUBLIC NOTICE

In accordance with IDAPA 15.10.01.011.05 (“ISLD Rule” 011.05), the Idaho State Liquor Division hereby gives public notice that it is contemplating the relocation of the existing contract liquor store located at 10,000 Schweitzer Mountain Road in Sandpoint, Idaho. The store will continue to be operated as a Contract Store as defined in ISLD Rule 004. Location of said Contract Store is described as:

Within the “Schweitzer Mountain Resort Market Area” area of Sandpoint, County of Bonner, State of Idaho.

Anybody interested in being considered to operate a Contract Store in this area of Priest Lake may acquire an application by contacting Cheryl Hurley-Peterson:
